CANCELLATION POLICY
Loss of monies paid applies to all cancelled reservations. The date of trip cancellation is the date on which the written cancellation is received by travelinkedd. Our trips are cancellable and 100% refundable up to certain number of days before departure and the % of refund reduces as we get closer to the trip. Please reference the Trip Brochure for the refund policy of this trip.
Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances
In case a trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as on account of a pandemic, civil disturbances, adverse weather conditions or any such event, it will be our endevour to work with all our trip partners such as hotels, guides and any other service providers to refund the maximum amount possible.
In Case of Cancellation by Us
In case travelinkedd cancels the trip, due to any reasons not mentioned above, full amount will be refunded to the participants.
