Our guided trips require everyone to start the trip from the mentioned location on a said date. However, if you’re looking to join in between somewhere, en-route to the destination, it is absolutely possible. Having said so, you also need to discuss with our team/tour leader and put a plan in place accordingly.

The price you pay includes all meals mentioned in the itinerary, carefully curated by our team, including main meals and tea breaks as specified. You must ensure you go through the inclusions and exclusions of every trip, which helps you to know all such details. Any expenses beyond this, however, will be your personal responsibility.

Indeed, to ensure proper trip planning, we require 100% payment in advance. For all our trips, full payment is necessary prior to the trip, with a 30% deposit required to reserve a spot.

We exclusively accept payments via bank transfers or checks. Cash payments are not accepted.

Our trips are highly sustainable, with a focus on minimizing environmental impact, supporting local communities, and promoting responsible tourism practices. We strive to create enriching experiences while preserving the natural and cultural heritage of the destinations we visit.

Absolutely! Not having your own SUV/Motorcycle is not a barrier to joining our trip. We provide transportation arrangements, so you can still be part of the adventure and experience the journey with us. Within India or overland trips, we can help you with renting a SUV or even a SUV with a driver, if you’d prefer. You also have an option to share a seat. Reach out to us and we’ll help you out.

Yes, you can rent both motorcycles and 4WD vehicles for your tour. For SUVs’, we’ll facilitate you with our rental partner but the procedure, documentation, payments and liability etc. will need to be owned by you. 

For motorcycles we will own the process from an end to end with the required formalities.

Incase u don’t have any of the above and want to share a seat, the same will be provided to you either in the lead or the sweep vehicle, where you will need to split the costs of fuel, toll tax etc.

Acclimatization is the process of adjusting to changes in altitude, especially when traveling to high elevations like Spiti, North East, Upper Mustang – Nepal, Everest Base Camp, Tibet, Ladakh or any mountainous region. It is crucial to prevent altitude sickness, which can occur when your body doesn’t get enough time to adapt to lower oxygen levels.

No, you need not apply, we’ll take care of all your visa and permits required for the tour. However, for some visas/permits, the applications have to be submitted well in advance (7 days, 15days or 21 days) before the date of travel to that particular country. 

Now for some countries, the traveler needs to apply for visa on arrival at the airport/border or earlier in their home country. In such scenarios, we will keep you informed about it since our mission is to give you a seamless travel experience.
