The best time to visit Lahaul–Spiti depends on your appetite for adventure and terrain.

If you love the summer season, then June to September is the best time for you to visit Lahaul–Spiti, as during this period you will get the safest and most accessible routes. The roads via Manali remain open during this time, which is the shortest route.

If you want to avoid the crowds, then late September to early October is the ideal time. During this period, photography, introspection, and peaceful drives truly shine.
