Assemble in Gorakhpur. Meet & Greet along with briefing at dinner – Courtyard Marriott

Drive starts from Gorakhpur to Sonauli – Indo Nepal border, get your documentation completed

Chitwan – Kathmandu – 170kms – Kathmandu sightseeing – Pashupatinath Temple Darshan.

Drive to Tatopani border – 145kms

Complete the formalities at the Chinese border and reach Nyalam – 274kms

Nyalam – 250kms

Nyalam – Shigatse – 370kms

Shigatse – Damxung – 380kms

Damxung – Namtso Lake – Lhasa

Lhasa – Sightseeing and shopping

Lhasa – Shigatse – 370kms

Shigatse – North Face /Everest Base Camp – 350kms

Tashizong – Nyalam – 280kms

Nyalam – Kathmandu – Exit China head to Chitwan – 220 kms.

Documents Checklist (All Compulsory).

  • Duly Completed Tibet Visa Application Form (provided by us)
  • Passport-Sized Photographs for Temporary Tibet Driving Permit – for both the driver and co-driver (if applicable)
  • Original Passport, 2 Scanned Copies of Passport – Full-color, edge-to-edge scan, with a validity of at least six months beyond the travel date
  • Passport-Sized Photograph – White background, without borders, glasses, or jewelry
  • SUV Photographs – Clear images from all four sides, ensuring the registration number is clearly visible.
  • Valid Driver’s License – Both original and a photocopy
  • Valid SUV Registration Smart Card – Both original and a photocopy
  • Car Insurance & Pollution Certificate – Both original and a photocopy
  • Lead/Backup Vehicle (4WD) with a guide/s as part of the program
  • Accommodation is on a twin sharing basis.
  • 5/4 star or equivalent of the region traveling together (inclusive of Breakfast, Dinner, Coffee, Tea etc.)
  • Lunch is mostly on the highway basis the best availability in the region traveling in so please prep yourself accordingly
  • Mechanic support, if required
  • 14 days of Nepal Customs (Bhansar) and RTO costs for every individual and their SUVs
  • Visit Pashupatinath Temple Darshan, Namtso, Yamdruk Lake, Potala Palace, Everest Base Camp point (North)
  • Emergency Medical Assistance, if required
  • Necessary documentation support for Nepal/China/Tibet travel permits etc.
  • Temporary Driving Permit for Tibet – Driver and Co-Driver, if any
  • Includes services of a seasoned Chinese guide/s, staff, if any. This also covers their compensation, allowances, accommodation, meals etc.

  • Over speeding fines or Challans/Penalties levied or arising due to non adherence to the law of the land and their (country/region/district etc.) rules & regulations.
  • Personal expenses such as mini bar/bar bills, alcoholic beverages, bottled drinks, mineral water, additional mileage, gratuities like tips for guides, drivers, and trek staff
  • Drink & Drive is strictly prohibited. Any penalty/penalization occurring due Drunken Driving throughout the tour.
  • Any kid above 6 years(on the date of travel) of age is considered to be an adult traveler and has to share the room with guardian and has to always be accompanied by parents etc.
