SELF DRIVE, TIBET
Tibet, a region nestled on the towering plateaus of Central Asia, captivates with its mystical allure and rich cultural tapestry. Known as the “Roof of the World,” Tibet boasts breathtaking landscapes, from serene lakes to snow-capped peaks. Its spiritual heart, Lhasa, houses the iconic Potala Palace, a testament to Tibetan Buddhism’s deep roots. The region’s unique blend of ancient traditions and aweinspiring scenery makes Tibet a sanctuary for those seeking a harmonious blend of natural beauty and spiritual enlightenment.
Self-drive adventure in Tibet is not just a road trip; it’s an immersive experience, where every curve in the road unveils a new chapter in this extraordinary tale of culture and nature.
There is India, and then there is Kerala.
Upon arriving in Kochi, you immediately sense the difference: the streets are quieter, the landscapes intensely verdant and the diminished pace of life is palpable. With historic Fort Kochi as our starting point, we will cruise the sublime serenity of Kerala’s Backwaters in Alleppey, ascend endless jungle switchbacks to the deep green, manicured tea plantations of Munnar and the Anamalai Tiger Reserve, hike seas of coffee at a beautiful plantation in Wayanad and relax at the exotic, coastal Guruvayur Temple before heading back to Kochi.
If your urge for an India expedition is interlaced with a desire for a gradual loping pace, stunning natural beauty and the best cuisine in India, Kerala and the Western Ghats is your antidote. Enjoy all of this in one motorcycle tour with Two Wheeled Expeditions.
